During a House Judiciary meeting to mark up House Democrats' police reform proposal, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) asked if any of his Republican colleagues could "unequivocally" say "black lives matter." Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) responded saying "all lives matter."
